Returns and Refunds
RETURN PERIOD
At RETRO MPIRE, we offer all our customers a 30-day return period from the date of purchase. During this period:
- We will refund the amount of the product less any applicable handling fees.
- The customer will assume the return shipping costs (except in cases of defective products)
This return period applies to customers in the European Union, the Americas, and the rest of the world.
PRODUCT CONDITIONS
For any return to be accepted, the item must:
- Be in the same state in which it was received
- Not having been used
- Keep all original labels
- Include in its original packaging
- Please bring the receipt or proof of purchase.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
- You will not bear any costs for the return.
- We will take care of managing the collection and shipping
- We will offer you a replacement or full refund according to your preference.
RETURN PROCESS
- Request : Contact us at info.retrompire@gmail.com to start the return process.
- Approval : We will evaluate your application and inform you if it has been approved.
- Shipping : If approved, we will provide you with detailed shipping instructions.
Important : Returns that have not been previously requested and approved will not be accepted.
PRODUCT CHANGES
To expedite the process, we recommend returning the full item and, once processed, placing a new order with the desired product.
REFUNDS
- We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return.
- If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- In all cases, the refund will be made for the amount actually paid by the customer, less any applicable processing fees.
- For products purchased at a discount or on sale, the discounted price paid by the customer will be refunded, not the original price.
- Original order shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product.
- Please note that banks or card issuers may require additional time to process the refund into your account.
